Our Services

Tifco Hotel Group are very experienced Hotel Operators, we currently own and manage over 2,372 hotel bedrooms in 21 hotels. With our extensive experience managing hotels, we will ensure that the owners will achieve a high return on their investment. This is achieved through increased sales and reduced costs.

As well as managing hotels on behalf of the owners in the form of a management contract, we also carry out independent reviews of hotels where we evaluate the hotels performances and provide a detailed independent analysis to the owner or financial institution.

It is well documented that the Irish Hotel Industry has an over supply of hotel bedrooms and in these turbulent economic times all hotels will not survive. We at Tifco Hotel Group have the ability to work with banks or a receiver and can provide the necessary resources to ensure that the hotel continues to trade and we can also assist the receiver with their responsibilities.

We can also review the hotel’s strategic positioning to ensure that the hotel is positioned correctly in the market place. A full review will be carried out and recommendations will be made as to how we feel the hotel could benefit by repositioning or re branding itself in the market place.

As experienced hoteliers and having recently been involved in the construction and the opening of 5 new hotels, we have first hand experience of dealing with all the issues surrounding the pre planning, construction, and opening of new hotels whether your potential project is a 3, 4, or 5 star property, we can provide advice and support in achieving the best hotel for a specific location. We will carry out a full site appraisal and feasibility on the proposed site and can manage the entire project from pre planning right up to post opening of the hotel.
