• 1973 - Clontarf Castle Hotel purchased in 1973
• 1998 – Clontarf Castle opened as a 4 Star Hotel and Conference Centre with 111 bedrooms and a Conference Centre catering for 450 people.
• 2003 - Crowne Plaza Dublin-Airport opened in 2003 and was Ireland’s first Crowne Plaza Hotel.
• 2005 - The Crowne Plaza Dublin-Airport was rebranded as Crowne Plaza Dublin-Northwood when it opened its newly constructed dedicated Conference and Meetings centre with a capacity for 1000 delegates and 25 meeting rooms. An additional 114 bedrooms were also added in the form of the 3 star Holiday Inn Express hotel.
• 2006 - The Crowne Plaza Dundalk a 129 bedroom hotel and conference centre, and the 145 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Stuttgart Airport were opened in 2006.
• 2008 - The Crowne Plaza Dublin-Blanchardstown 188 bedroom hotel and conference centre opened in 2008 at the Blanchardstown Centre Dublin 15.
