• 1973 - Clontarf Castle Hotel purchased in 1973.
• 1998 - Clontarf Castle opened as a 4 Star Hotel and Conference Centre with 111 bedrooms and a Conference Centre catering for 450 people.
• 2003 - Crowne Plaza Dublin-Airport opened in 2003 and was Ireland’s first Crowne Plaza Hotel.
• 2005 - The Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport opened its newly constructed dedicated Conference and Meetings centre with a capacity for 1000 delegates and 25 meeting rooms. An additional 114 bedrooms were also added in the form of the 3 star Holiday Inn Express hotel.
• 2006 - The Crowne Plaza Dundalk, a 129 bedroom hotel and conference centre, and the 145 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Stuttgart Airport were opened in 2006. This was later sold in 2015.
• 2008 - The Crowne Plaza Dublin-Blanchardstown, a 188 bedroom hotel and conference centre opened in 2008 at the Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15.
• 2015 - The Hilton Dublin Kilmainham a 120 bedroom hotel located in Kilmainham only a mile from Heuston Railway Station.
• 2016 - The Parliament Hotel (formerly Arlington Hotel Temple Bar), in the heart of Medieval Dublin and overlooking historic Dublin Castle, a 63 bedroom hotel in an ideal location to explore Dublin City Centre's main tourist attractions and enjoy the lively nightlife and music scene.
