Corporate Sales Manager

The person:
We are looking to recruit a confident, out going, organised person who has excellent attention to detail, has excellent customer care skills, is target and sales driven and has knowledge of the corporate market and local area.
 
Experience:
The successful candidate will:
Be able to prioritise tasks
Must be a team player
Must have full knowledge of sales techniques
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a pro active approach to sales
Must have the ability and drive to achieve targets
Must have knowledge of the corporate local markets
Must have knowledge of the hospitality industry
Must have excellent out going skills
 
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager with day to day running of the Sales Department
Assist in achieving sales targets for the department
Carry out site visits and FAM trips
Assist in building new clients and relations in order to grow the department
Keep up to date with activities in the area in terms of market knowledge and activity
Maintain data base of clients
Be pro active in sales at all times
Manage the corporate market in terms of new business and development
Carry out follow up calls after sales events in the hotel
Carry our sales administration in the sales office
Negotiate new business leads for the hotel
