Enda O’Meara

Managing Director
Enda started in the hotel industry in 1982, graduating with honours from Shannon College of Hotel Management. Having worked for major hotels in the UK, Europe and North America in 1997 Enda opened the founding hotel of the Tifco Hotel Group, Clontarf Castle Hotel and Conference Centre. Enda has since developed the group into what it is now one of Ireland's largest hotel groups.

Brian Campion

Group Finance Director

Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a wide portfolio of experience working in industry for the last 20 years. He has worked exclusively in the hospitality sector for the last 10 years for a number of well known Irish groups and has gained extensive experience of the industry having been involved in a number of sizeable acquisitions, disposals and new openings.  

Mary Buckley

Group Operations Director

Mary has worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years and is a Graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management. Mary has held many senior positions and General Management positions within the Irish Hotel industry. Mary joined Tifco Hotel Group in 1998; having been involved in all of the Hotel Group's new hotel developments and operations since 1998, Mary now specializes in the areas of new hotel builds, hotel openings and hotel operations.  

Gerard Houlihan

Founding Director  
Gerard is the co-founding director of Tifco Limited and his interests in the hotel industry started over 35 years ago when he acquired Clontarf Castle at the age of 28. His other business interests include DID Electrical, The Long Hall Bar and a portfolio of residential and commercial property.

Tony McArdle

Chairman
During his 35 year banking career with Ulster Bank, Tony has held various positions including Chief Executive of Lombard & Ulster, Head of Corporate Banking and Chief Executive of Retail Banking. Tony is a non-executive Director of Kingspan Plc.

Aidan Crowe

Founding Director
Aidan co-founded Tifco Limited in 1989. Aidan is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (F.C.M.A) and worked in the banking industry for many years. He formed a business partnership with Gerard Houlihan in 1989 and through their company Banesto Limited, have built a valuable commercial property portfolio which includes 4 shopping centres. Aidan's other business interests include the Michelin Star Restaurant 'Bon Appetit' in Malahide and has also interests in property development.
