Prior to joining Tifco Hotel Group as Finance Director in 1991 John has worked in many of the former Jury's Hotel Group properties throughout Ireland and the UK. John is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. |
 | Mary BuckleyGroup Operations Director Mary has worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years and is a Graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management. Mary has held many senior positions and General Management positions within the Irish Hotel industry. Mary joined Tifco Hotel Group in 1998; having been involved in all of the Hotel Group's new hotel developments and operations since 1998, Mary now specializes in the areas of new hotel builds, hotel openings and hotel operations. |

| Gerard HoulihanFounding Director Gerard is the co-founding director of Tifco Limited and his interests in the hotel industry started over 35 years ago when he acquired Clontarf Castle at the age of 28. His other business interests include DID Electrical, The Long Hall Bar and a portfolio of residential and commercial property. |

| Tony McArdleChairman During his 35 year banking career with Ulster Bank, Tony has held various positions including Chief Executive of Lombard & Ulster, Head of Corporate Banking and Chief Executive of Retail Banking. Tony is a non-executive Director of Kingspan Plc. |

| Aidan CroweFounding Director Aidan co-founded Tifco Limited in 1989. Aidan is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (F.C.M.A) and worked in the banking industry for many years. He formed a business partnership with Gerard Houlihan in 1989 and through their company Banesto Limited, have built a valuable commercial property portfolio which includes 4 shopping centres. Aidan's other business interests include the Michelin Star Restaurant 'Bon Appetit' in Malahide and has also interests in property development. |

| Michael RyanDirector Michael worked in both the audit and taxation departments of Deloitte and subsequently, Russell Brennan Keane. Michael has over 15 years experience in the provision of valued added taxation and general consultancy advice to Irish owned corporate organisations and their shareholders. Michael specializes in the provision of tax structuring advice and in the developing of strategies to maximize shareholder value. |
